First time on CD, 2 beautiful LPs - "I Wish You Love" and "That Certain Feeling" from Felicia Sanders, "the singer's singer", who is mostly remembered by her number one hit, the haunting "The Song from Moulin Rouge". Felicia Sanders scored a global number one hit with "The Song from Moulin Rouge" and although she made numerous recordings in the 1950s and 1960s the only CD reissue ever is the one Sepia released in 2006 titled "The Song from Moulin Rouge" (SEPIA1073). Both LPs featured on this CD release - "I Wish You Love" and "That Certain Feeling" have been long sought after by collectors and fans of Miss Sanders. Felicia Sanders was much admired by other singers and was a long term resident artist at the Blue Angel in New York City. The 24 tracks on this CD encompass standards and rare gems and songs from the shows. Title track "I Wish You Love" was originally a French chanson and has been covered by hundreds of singers but it is Felicia Sanders who made this the definitive version.
